The short version: your notes are yours. We don’t sell your data, we don’t show ads, and we don’t use your content to train AI models. You can export or delete everything, anytime.

What we collect

Your account: the email address you sign up with.
Your content: the notes, quotes, thoughts, tags, books and collections you create — including voice recordings and page photos while they are being processed into notes.
Basic usage analytics on this website: cookieless, aggregate page statistics (no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking).

How AI processing works

When you record a voice note, the audio is transcribed by a speech-to-text service. When you photograph a page, the image is read by a vision model. In both cases the content is processed for one purpose only: creating your note. Your audio, photos and notes are not used to train AI models — ours or anyone else’s.

Where your data lives

Your notes are stored in our database and file storage (hosted on Supabase), encrypted in transit. Access is scoped to your account: your notes are private unless you explicitly share them — for example by sending a share card or joining a reading circle for one book.

What we never do

Sell or rent your personal data.
Use your notes, audio or photos to train AI models.
Show you advertising.

Your control

You can export everything you have created at any time, on any plan. If you delete your account, your content is removed from our systems. If you cancel a paid plan, nothing is deleted — you simply return to the free plan’s limits.
