NotaFlow

Terms of service

Last updated: July 2026 · Early access

What NotaFlow is

NotaFlow is a reading-memory app: it turns voice notes, page photos and typed notes into structured, searchable reading notes. The product is in early access — features may change, improve or occasionally break while we polish it.

Your account

You need an account to use NotaFlow. Keep your credentials safe and give us a working email address; that is how we reach you about your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service.

Your content

Everything you capture — notes, quotes, thoughts, photos, recordings — remains yours. You grant us only the license we need to operate the service: storing your content, processing it into notes, and showing it back to you and to people you explicitly share it with. We do not use your content to train AI models.

You are responsible for what you save and share. Quotes from published books for personal note-taking are your responsibility to use within your local copyright rules — share cards are designed for short quotations with attribution.

Plans and billing

Acceptable use

Don’t use NotaFlow to store or distribute unlawful content, to abuse other users (for example inside reading circles), or to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranties, limited liability

NotaFlow is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Export regularly — it’s your memory, keep a copy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use NotaFlow after that means you accept the updated terms.
